Project Life Week 38

This week I have moved away from the Becky Higgins Project Life Core Kits and have used a digital collection from Echo Park called Everyday Eclectic.  This collection has fun icons, elements, patterned papers and journalling cards, so it can easily be adapted for pocket scrapbooking projects.

I added two white die-cuts made with my Silhouette Cameo, and purchased from I Heart Studio.

Here is the LHS.....

Here is the RHS.....

And here is the entire week.....

Layout Share | Kaisercraft Paradiso

Just a quick share of a layout I did using this terrific tropical-themed collection from Kaisercraft called Paradiso.  I bought this collection knowing it would be a perfect match for our photos from Bali last December.

Thanks for stopping in!

Layout Shares | Kaisercraft Bow & Arrow

I'm back with another set of layouts from one of my 3x3 classes.  We use three sheets of cardstock, three sheets of patterned paper and create three layouts assembly-line style.

I loved working with Bow & Arrow - it's a super-fun collection with an on-trend colour scheme and imagery.

If you are interested in learning more about this style of scrapbooking, then give Tomorrow's Memories a call on 9279 2183 (Perth, Australia) and book into one of my classes- we always have a lot of fun!

Project Life Week 36

It's Clementine again this week and it was a pretty routine week so I comfortably filled a single page.

All embellishments this week are from the Clementine Digital Kit, added while editing my photos and cards in Photoshop and printed as part of the photo/journalling card.

Here is Week 36.....

Layout Shares | Simple Stories "Hello Baby"

I recently designed layouts for a class for Tomorrow's Memories using the Hello Baby Collection from Simple Stories, and now I can share them here.

In my classes I share my technique for creating three different layouts at once assembly-line style, using nothing but three sheets of cardstock and three sheets of patterned paper.  I have found that when I scrap at home using this method, I can produce lots of layouts very quickly while getting the most from my supplies.  Yes, they are very simple in design, but they are true to my style and I can get a lot of stories told quickly.

Cut-apart sheets of patterned paper featuring 3x4 journalling cards are really useful for creating grids on layouts.

I also like to fussy-cut images from the journalling cards to create embellishments.

If this style of scrapping interests you and you are located in Perth, be sure to check out the Tomorrow's Memories class schedule and look for my "3x3" Classes.

Project Life Week 35

I'm back with another single page week using the Clementine Core Kit.  I didn't add any embellishments except for the digital stamps (from the kit) on the bottom left photo and the Skype message 3x4 photo.   Not much to report on this week with both boys knocked about with headcolds, but we did have a Friday night dinner out and a lovely family day in the city on Sunday to celebrate Father's Day.

Here's Week 35.....

Thanks for popping in :-)

Layout Shares | Webster's Pages Ocean Melody

I got some of this gorgeous collection from Webster's Pages in my hot little hands a while ago but only just recently found time to play with it.  And boy, did I play!  I churned out five layouts in a couple of hours the other morning and I think I might have to buy some more now that I know Tomorrow's Memories re-stocked it ;-)

Project Life Week 34

Two posts today!  This week's Project Life spread is another two-pager and I've used the digital version of Amy Tangerine's Ready, Set, Go Collection.  It's not hard to modify the journalling cards and other elements to suit Project Life and it's super fun to add little bits and pieces digitally to your photos.

Here is the LHS.....

Here is the RHS.....

And here it all is together.....

I also added cut files from Ali Edwards (Hello Real Life) and Wilna Furstenberg (Flower) to layer over the plainer journalling cards.  Those cards are just simply patterned paper from the Ready, Set, Go Collection.

Thanks for stopping by!
